Buyer can return items for a prompt credit within 14 days of transaction. You must contact us via original email used when placing your order and original sales receipt order # for us to research order information before we respond. We will not respond to random emails with out above information. Our orders are shipped from numerous locations therefore order cancellation must be done before labels are printed to avoid the shipping charges.
All returns must have our RMA# issued by us and with signature required on return. No refund without both.
The product must be in the original package and able to re-sell. Order cancellation must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and a 35% restocking charge will be applied to all returns.
Free Shipping items returned refused or undeliverable will be charged the cost of shipping the product to the customer and return shipping cost.
Refused or Undeliverable orders will have a 35% restocking fee. Shipping to and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be deducted. We ship to the address you provide. NO REFUND ON SHIPPING.
Special Order & Replacement Part Items are a service that we offer to our customers and ship direct to our customer. Our normal return policy does not apply to Special Orders, Replacement Parts and Replacement Blades. These purchases are not returnable for refund or for credit of any kind.
Buyer must have a return merchandise authorization number before you send your package back. DRP Tools will not take back merchandise after being used unless a manufacturing defect. No exceptions.
The product will be tested for a defect if none found the product will be returned to the buyer. Send your package via FedEx with signature required, prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address given to return the product with RMA#.

All returns must be made within 14 days from shipment. After 14 days the transaction is complete no returns.
