Dry vs. Wet
We recommend dry use for most pool resurfacing projects because it’s simple and cost-effective. Any quality 7″ variable-speed polisher with GFCI or cordless works. Wet use can extend disc life, but requires specialized water-fed equipment.
⚠️ Safety: Keep RPM ≤ 3,500. Avoid overheating. Always use GFCI protection and proper PPE.
Also available in 50 Grit and 70 Grit.
120 Grit Pool Plaster Disc — Dry Polishing & Resurfacing
The 120 grit pool plaster disc is the final step for resurfacing. It delivers a smooth, polished finish on all plaster types — marble, quartz (Diamond Brite), pebble (PebbleSheen), Hydrazzo®, and Durazzo®. Safe for saltwater pools with a non-corrosive diamond matrix. For best results, use after 50 grit and 70 grit discs. Learn more in the Pool Plaster Disc Grit Guide.
