The 14" blade can make cuts up to 9" plank on a diagonal, and a table light makes cut marks on the face of the plank easier to see in dark conditions. The soft plastic blade stop helps the blade fully cut through planks with backings. For durability, the steel table supports with table fasteners oriented vertically in shear pin construction.
