The E-Fox Cordless Vibrator by Raimondi (Model 321BATPRR) is designed for fast, effective vibration of large-format tile and slab installations and equipped with a large approx. 8 1/4" x 16 1/8" vibrating plate, this model efficiently removes trapped air beneath the slab, ensuring full adhesive coverage and a strong, consistent bond. Built for production work, the large vibrating surface allows installers to cover more area quickly, making it ideal for floors, large-format porcelain slabs, steps, and column work. The plate can also be reduced to a smaller format by removing the external plate, providing added flexibility when working in tighter areas. The cordless design eliminates job-site limitations caused by power cords, allowing unrestricted movement during installation. High-frequency vibration (3,500 RPM) delivers maximum efficiency while minimizing mechanical stress on delicate slabs, including thin materials and pieces with cutouts. A rigid PVC vibrating plate reduces friction across the tile surface, lowering operator fatigue while transferring full vibration force into the adhesive bed. This makes the tool equally effective for bonding, uncoupling, and waterproofing membranes. Designed for control and comfort, the unit features a three-handle configuration for both one-hand and two-hand operation. Weighing approximately 12.8 lbs (5.8 kg) with the large plate installed, it balances power and usability for extended jobsite use. Powered by a 15V DC motor and 38.5 Wh battery, the E-Fox delivers up to 150–200 m² (1,600–2,100 sq. ft.) of coverage per charge, with long-term durability exceeding 100,000 m² (1 million sq. ft.) before battery performance begins to decline.
