The Leister HOT JET 302A with Pencil Tip Nozzle is a compact professional hot-air welding kit designed for precise vinyl flooring work, detailed plastic welding, heating, and soldering applications.

The HOT JET 302A uses a narrow heating tube similar to the proven HOT JET S, making it especially suitable for controlled, detailed work. Its closed-loop system regulates temperature and airflow for consistent welding results, while the intuitive E-Drive control allows quick adjustment from a single control.

This kit includes a pencil tip nozzle for focused heat delivery and accurate welding in tight or detailed areas. The slim ergonomic handle, vibration-absorbing grip surfaces, and balanced design help reduce fatigue during extended use.

The HOT JET 302A is intended for use with HOT JET-style nozzles and should not be confused with the larger HOT JET 500A, which uses TRIAC-compatible nozzles. HOT JET 302 A is about 1⅝ inches longer and roughly 6 ounces heavier than the HOT JET S. Its body is slightly narrower, but its handle is thicker. Both use the same 21.3 mm HOT JET nozzle connection, so the HOT JET S-style pencil tip nozzle should fit the 302 A.
